Last updated: 12 October 2026

1. Application and operator

SWEETCLOUD D.O.O.
ul. Aleksandra Popovića 1, Beograd (Zemun) 11283, Serbia
Company registration number (MB): 22049950
Tax identification number (PIB): 114637244
Privacy and application contact: kuznetcov@sweetcloud.me

Sweet Cloud MCP is an internal integration for authorized SWEETCLOUD D.O.O. personnel managing the company’s connected Meta accounts. These terms govern use of the application. They do not establish terms for purchasing Sweet Cloud products and do not require customers who send a message to become application users.

2. Authorization and scope

Only people authorized by the company may operate the integration. Operators must have the necessary rights to connected accounts and content. Features depend on the permissions granted, Meta’s approval, account eligibility and applicable technical restrictions. An application setting or listed feature is not a guarantee that a particular operation is available.

The application may support reading account information and analytics, managing publications and comments, responding to existing customer conversations, and administering advertising. Threads functionality becomes available only after a separate profile is connected and authorized.

3. Operator responsibilities

4. Content and advertising

Operators are responsible for having rights to submitted text, photos, videos and other materials. AI-generated suggestions can be inaccurate and require human assessment. Campaign activation and budget changes can incur charges from Meta; only duly authorized operators may request such actions.

Editing, deleting, publishing and cover-image operations vary by content type and platform. The application does not promise unrestricted editing of existing posts or capabilities unavailable through the relevant Meta interface.

5. Privacy and deletion

The Privacy Policy explains data processing. People may request deletion using the Data Deletion Instructions. Operators must cooperate in locating and removing relevant local files, credentials and AI-client records when necessary.

6. Availability and third-party services

Operation depends on Meta, the local computer, network access and the selected MCP client. Tokens may expire, permissions may change and platform reviews may restrict features. Continuous availability or approval by Meta is not guaranteed. SWEETCLOUD D.O.O. may suspend the integration for maintenance, security, compliance or loss of authorization.

Sweet Cloud MCP is operated by SWEETCLOUD D.O.O.; it is not operated, sponsored or endorsed by Meta or OpenAI. Those providers’ services remain subject to their respective terms.

7. Termination and legal rights

The company may withdraw an operator’s access. When a connection is no longer authorized, its credentials must be revoked and removed, including local backups. Necessary records are handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

These terms do not exclude liability or restrict rights where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law. Questions or disputes about the application should first be raised with kuznetcov@sweetcloud.me. Mandatory protections and any applicable rights to contact a competent authority remain unaffected.

8. Changes

We may update these terms when the application or its operation changes. The revision date appears above. Operators must follow the current terms and the company’s authorization instructions.
